Minimum 03 - 06 years’ Banking experience having exposure in Islamic Banking, depending on the position applied for
Incumbent should have had exposure to the Islamic Banking

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and acquire new clients for Islamic deposit and investment products
Promote and demonstrate Islamic banking products to the potential customer
Contribute to the profit maximization of the window
Deposit/assets attrition management
Achieve set targets for deposit mobilization, asset growth, and cross-selling
Ensure timely follow-up on customer needs and support Bank in retention of clients
Continuously identifying areas of improvement and initiate action wherein necessary for business growth
Comply with internal policies & procedures and external & regulatory requirements
Provide high quality and one stop service to customers
Reporting jobs/activities as guided by Window In-charge
Stay Alert against Money Laundering
Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management
