Job Context:
∎ Corporate Advisory related to Private Equity
∎ Structured finance and Syndication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinates relevant activities of private equity financing and syndication deal from proposal origination to final disbursement/arrangement of fund.
∎ Assists the borrower to structure the project and set important loan parameters, prepare the information memorandum, formulate a plan to raise the fund within an agreed time schedule.
∎ Regular progress report of work to line manager.

∎ Able to lead a Team.
