∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Fixed Income Securities (different types of bonds/preference share)
∎ Trustee services related to bonds.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists the issuer of bond/preference share and prepare the prospectus/information memorandum, formulate a plan to raise the fund within an agreed time schedule.
∎ Booked new potential corporate clients for issue of bonds/preference share and trustee services.
∎ Managing regulators regarding any permission or no objection related to issuance of bonds/preference share and trustee services.
∎ Continuous communication with different investors regarding bond / preference share and trustee services.
∎ Regular progress report of work to line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Team leadership quality.
