Job Context:
∎ Issue Management.
∎ Public Issue and corporate Advisory related to IPO/QIO/Rights offer/Bond.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and booked potential clients for public issue.
∎ Managing clients as well as regulators regarding IPO/QIO or any other form of public issue.
∎ Review prospectus or offer documents and reply to regulators review regarding IPO/QIO or any other form of public issue.
∎ Regular progress report of work to line manager.
∎ Provide various advisory services to clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ CA-CC (Course Complete)/ICMAB (Intermediate Level) will be preferred.
∎ Good Team player.
∎ Practical Experience of preparing prospectus or Information memorandum
