Education:

Bachelor of Science in Speech & Language Therapy/ Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.

• Age At most 45 years

• Ability to take initiative and generate ideas for complex situations.

• Knowledge/understanding of humanitarian architecture, and disability inclusion standards.        

• Diplomacy skills and ability to understand and handle multiple perspectives.        

• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with limited supervision.        

• Excellent oral and written English and Bangla and capacity to produce learning documents and products.        

• Experience in humanitarian context/ Cox’s Bazar context to provide rehabilitation services.        

• Effective communication, conflict management and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent team management skills.

• Door-to-door clients / Persons with disabilities screening and assessment of Rohingya & Host community people with Physiotherapy intervention.
• Preparation of treatment plan for follow-up therapy services.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in the client’s home/shelter.
• Assess assistive device needs and provide assistive devices with proper training and conduct follow-up sessions.
• Documentation of client files and update data of related information about service delivery.
• Conduct home/shelter modification for better accessibility for Persons with Disabilities
• Supervise the activities of the Therapy Assistants and Community Mobilizer.
• You will also perform additional work according to the project`s need and as being assigned by the CDD authority.
