Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Masters
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master’s/MBA from any recognized university.

• Candidates having Graduation / Certification in Agriculture or Agribusiness will get preference

• 2 to 4 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Minimum 2–4 years’ banking experience in agriculture or CMSME financing

• Strong analytical and data management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and report automation tools

• Good understanding of Bangladesh Bank reporting formats

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.

• Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates

• Prepare and submit all regulatory reports related to SME and Agriculture financing to Bangladesh Bank.

• Maintain and update MIS for SME and Agri portfolio performance.

• Support preparation of refinance claims, portfolio analysis, and internal performance dashboards.

• Coordinate with branches for data collection and validation.

• Assist in audit queries and ensure full compliance with reporting timelines.

• Assist branches in achieving agriculture loan targets and refinance scheme utilization
