• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering discipline from reputed institutions.

• 5 to 7 years

Required key skills (functional/technical)

• High level of questioning/probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers.
• A sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues required.
• Skilled in time and territory management
• Financial skills with strong analytical approach, and sound planning and organizing skills essential.
• Strong communications skills (advanced presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)
• Language Skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bangla

Required qualifications/experience

• 5-7 years of experience in field sales and/or sales management in any manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated track record of proficient coaching, mentoring or team management experience.
• Very good communication skill in English and Bengali

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct sales and marketing activities of Hardgoods products and their applications.
• Draw up necessary strategy to ensure planned growth of market share through monitoring customer satisfaction and assessing future business potentiality of launching new products in the market.
• Ensure product support and sales guide to Hardgoods consumables channel partner.
• Provide leadership, and administrative support to respective team members.
• Strong monitoring of HOTs activities and submit reports of customers coverage.
• Ensure arrangement of providing operational, service and safety training to customer on hardgoods products
• Plan and organize the stock and debt collection to keep the stock days, debtors’ days and creditor’s days under the planned figure.
• Provide market intelligence to the management ensuring required compliance.
