Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for developing and implementing aggressive sales plans for a particular division.
∎ Ensure effective monitoring of progress toward meeting the plan’s requirements, including the individual representative contribution.
∎ Increased sales volume through sales efforts and by assisting Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and Sales Officer (SO).
∎ Responsible for effectively penetrating existing clients within the territory to develop a deeper understanding of their business and identify opportunities that best suit their business needs.
∎ To support the development and implementation of activities and initiatives outlined in the sales plans within the territory.
∎ To actively participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to develop, share, and improve knowledge of the estate, team, and products.
∎ Encourage and demonstrate a positive relationship with customers and colleagues.
∎ To be fully conversant with all FMCG Industries (Electrics & Electronics) products and services to give potential and existing customers accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Responsible for monitoring competitor and potential competitor products and services and communicating such matters to the senior management team.
