Responsibilities & Context:

Routine/Regular Job:

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape in Bangladesh

  • Analyze consumer insights and adjust strategies to enhance brand positioning

  • Plan and execute brand campaigns across various channels (digital, TV, print, outdoor, etc.) along with monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs.

  • Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure campaign success.

  • Develop and maintain brand messaging and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms & oversee the creation of promotional content, advertisements, and communication materials.

  • Conduct regular market research to track brand health and identify potential growth opportunities.

  • Analyze competitors' strategies and market trends to position the brand effectively.

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall company goals

Non-routine/Periodical Job:

  • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaign execution and Track expenditures and optimize resource allocation.

  • Plan and execute brand activation events, trade shows, and sponsorships to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on brand performance, trends, and market feedback for senior leadership.

  • Develop digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence on social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Coordinate with the PR team for brand visibility and media coverage
