Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Promotion and Branding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute to achieve sales target within the area.
∎ Have the ability to hunt new dealer in your working area.
∎ Monitor handle & appointment of new distributors & needfull manpower where required.
∎ Mentally to work team wise and work for company's overall growth.
∎ Able to design proper Region Mapping for respective Region and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
∎ To Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution of corporate objectives for products and services
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients as required by the management.
∎ Maintain a long-term business relationship with new, existing and potential customers
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Supervise & guide the sales force regularly to increase market share.
∎ Maintaining DB Floor stock & Order vs Secondary Sales.
∎ Submit daily, Weekly & Monthly sales report to line manager.
∎ Must have ability & mindset to make regular distributor & market visits to assigned sales area.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
