Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a regional sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and achieve respective regional sales target
∎ Plan, execute and achieve animal feed & day old chicks (DOC) sales targets as per annual, quarterly and monthly business plan, weekly, company goals and targets.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Monitor the daily activities of the sales team as per scheduled Plan.
∎ Closely observe and monitor competitor activities. Supervise & guide the sales force regularly to increase market share.
∎ Prepare annual sales budget and maintain budgetary control of sales expenses.
∎ Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Reduce market returns and run regional activities in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Organize the monthly & quarterly regional sales review meeting. weekly business opportunities within the assigned region.
∎ Identify and pursue new Explain company policy to the field force to avoid misleading.
∎ Design & implement different sales promotion strategies in association with marketing department to enhance sales.
∎ Explore new market and sales channel to increase market share by analyzing market intelligence reports, secondary sales data and market visits.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the sales force, identify the week area and take initiative to resolve.
