Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market
∎ 1. Identify Divisional business opportunities and potential
∎ 2. Develop Division, Area & territory strategy to incorporate basis National Plan
∎ 3. Set monthly, quarterly and yearly target for each Distributor for Primary , Secondary & Tertiary
∎ 4. Achievement & monitor progress of Redistribution value and volume targets
∎ 5. Ensure product availability at all relevant channels through the distributor's sales force per Company guideline
∎ Distributor
∎ 1. Local Distributor appointment & seek out the opportunity
∎ 2. Set Distribution Hygiene
∎ 3. Ensure compliance of Distributors with their respective roles & responsibilities
∎ 4. Manage and develop individual distributor in an active and profitable manner
∎ 5. Participate in appointing and retiring of distributors
∎ 6. Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined by the company
∎ Control, Training and Communication
∎ 1. Team Management & Coaching people
∎ 2. Accurate and timely reports on Market intelligent: competitor's activity, price changes and promotional support
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You have at least 5 years of professional work experience in Telecom Device Sales, preferably in Bangladesh market, and overall 4 overall years sales experience.
∎ You already built a strong portfolio with focus on Area/territory sales process, approaching problems and defining decisions, along with examples of work products and deliverables produced
∎ You have a great understanding of regional markets and designing best practices
∎ You develop sales campaign concepts that put clients first, while catering to key business goals
Salary: Negotiable
