Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regional Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies for the entire region.

  • Achieve regional sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Plan and execute regional marketing and promotional activities. 

  • Team Leadership & Management Supervise Area Managers (AMs), Territory Managers (TMs), and Product Associate.

  • Set performance targets for the field force.

  • Provide regular coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members. 

  • Market Development Identify growth opportunities and expand the company`s presence in new and existing markets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

  • Implement region-specific strategies to gain market share. 

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, pharmacists, and institutions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the region. 5. Sales Analysis & Reporting Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to senior management.

  • Use sales data to forecast trends and optimize resource allocation.

  • Product Launch & Promotion Support and lead new product launches in the region.

  • Ensure training and briefing of the team on new products.Coordinate with marketing teams for execution of promotional strategies.

  • Compliance & Ethics Ensure all field operations follow company guidelines, regulatory policies, and ethical standards.

  • Address and resolve any compliance issues in the region.

  • Inventory & Distribution Oversight Ensure smooth supply chain operations, product availability, and efficient distribution within the region.

  • Coordinate with stockists, distributors, and supply chain teams.
