• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Hands-on technical ability.

• Customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

• Time management and report writing skills.

• Understanding of workplace safety and laser safety protocols.

• Valid driver’s license (for field service travel).

• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

• Good spoken and written communication in English and local languages.

• Professional grooming and presentation (especially for client-facing roles).

1. Promoting dermo-cosmetics & aesthetic equipment’s & devices to the physician.

2. Ability to explain technical features to non-technical customers (clinics, dermatologists).

3. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and applications support.

4. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

5. Maintain service reports and documentation.

6. Train end-users on proper operation and safety procedures.

7. Support sales team with technical presentations.

8. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term professional relationships.
