• Master of Science (MSc)

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Agriculture background will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of crop-care products and agricultural markets.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.

• Strong dealer & distributor network development capability.

• Willingness to undertake extensive field travel across Bangladesh.

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and deliver result-oriented performance to the management.

• Maintain regular communication with dealers and suppliers on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct field visits and actively develop market opportunities for the products.

• Achieve sales targets through effective promotion and distribution of products.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.

• Handle all licensing, agreements, and related administrative

  documentation efficiently.

• Handling Sales related tasks.
