Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage sales, distribution, and business development across multiple markets.
- Conduct daily outlet visits and monitor dealer activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
- Provide daily updates and reports to the respective manager.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Engage in 90% fieldwork, focusing on dealer management and relationship building.
- Ensure sales and services of organic fertilizers in designated areas, including field crops, horticulture, nurseries, tea gardens, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market competition and prepare sales reports as needed.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
