Mir Ceramic Limited has launched its premium tiles brand CLIO (A product of Mir Ceramic), marking a new phase in Bangladesh’s ceramic industry with a focus on modern living and sophisticated design.
Currently we are seeking some dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager for Clio brand under the department of Marketing & Sales.
This is a team leader position, responsible for sales strategies, planning & execution, team management, market development and managing customer relationship across the assigned area.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through dealers and retailers.
Lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand the client base through new business development.
Conduct market reviews on products, competitors, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and timely service delivery.
Maintain effective communication with customers and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Ensure sales quality and compliance with company policies and standards.
