Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age 24 to 28 years

1. Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling digital marketing content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

2. Support tele-sales activities by contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and persuading them to convert into leads or sales

3. Collect, organize, and maintain marketing and sales data for reporting and analysis purposes

4. Assist in tracking campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports

5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups

6. Coordinate with the sales team to nurture leads and support customer relationship-building efforts

7. Explore and apply AI tools and automation techniques to improve marketing efficiency (e.g., content generation, scheduling, chatbots, email automation)

8. Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

10. Assist in drafting marketing copy, captions, and promotional materials as needed
