Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market Development & Create new dealers.
∎ Guide and cooperate the sales and marketing team. Maintain good relationship with dealers.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain cordial relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Identify training needs and organize training for farmers /customers to increase awareness of the company
∎ Observe the condition of the business as well as of the company
∎ Drive the sales and marketing team to develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation
∎ Within the fixed time frame and approved budgets.
∎ Fulfill sales targets.
∎ Market Development & Create new dealers.
