∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries/ Animal Husbandry/Agriculture.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fish Feeds, Poultry feed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Poultry Feed, Fish Feed & Cattle Feed and achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Fairly handle, manage & monitor inferior officers to achieve the sales target and maintain over all activities.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze the market and survey its potentiality.
∎ Select a potential dealer and open the best prospective one.
∎ Collect sales orders and ensure the payment confirmation.
∎ Follow up and monitor feed distribution up to the dealers point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
∎ Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Frequently visit of different areas of poultry, fish and cattle dealers and farmers to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in all depots/dealers.
