  • Supervise and maintain Territory sales managers & Area sales managers activities.

  • Should have experience in Sales Department.

  • Must have mentality to work in outdoor field.

  • Should be self-motivated, hardworking, and Target-Oriented and ready to work under pressure.

  • Be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safety & responsible attitude.

  • Travel frequently all over the territory.

  • Public university will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in respective territory.     

  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target.    

  • Maximize unit-wise sales achievement of the region.

  • Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth.

  • Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.

  • To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.

  • Collect the sales orders and ensure delivery of products through the respective distributor and follow up the payment receivable.

  • Report to the superior authority about daily, weekly and monthly sales & collection.

  • Achieve the sales target fixed by the authority.

  • Manage various types of promotional activities as like as meetings, Seminars, Conferences, Free servicing campaigns etc. with the participants of dealers, retailers, mechanics & others when company required.

  • Supervise & maintain Territory Sales Managers & Area Sales managers activities.

  • Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.
