Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of Branches situated in the region.
∎ Develop business plan and strategy for each Branch of the region in accordance with Head Office strategy to achieve individual Branch targets.
∎ Planning and directing Branch Managers for acquiring new businesses and recovery.
∎ Being focal point and responsible for Branch performance of the region of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have minimum 5 years of experience as Manager and in Recovery of any Bank in the region with proven track record.
∎ Experience as Regional Head will be given preference.
∎ The candidates must have 18 years of overall Banking experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Business Development and Recovery.
∎ Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required.
∎ Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people.
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship.
