∎ Bachelor /Masters / MBA from any reputed institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and develop a region - sales & service team to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
∎ Ensuring viable distribution network by managing / appointing customer, dealers, agent, broker, agro based Government institute for appropriate market coverage.
∎ Ensure availability of trained manpower sales & service in adequate quantity at dealerships.
∎ Ensure availability of appropriate service infrastructure and drive implementation of service systems for improving customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure 3 months model rolling forecast.
∎ Planning of events like local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
∎ Train the dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.
∎ Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
∎ Design and implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers, agents, broker etc.
∎ Liaising with financial institutions / banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Firm Equipment (Tractors & Implements) - Sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Firm Equipment (Tractors & Implements)
∎ Negotiation skills, Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal, Planning and Team Work, Inter-cultural Sensitivity.
∎ Willingness to travel to hinterlands of the country
∎ Product Knowledge
