∎ B.E. or Diploma in Engineering, MBA in marketing/ International Business

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure gensets sales to retail, institutional & telecom segment through direct and or Mahindra Powerol appointed sales dealership
∎ To establish sales dealer network for Mahindra Gensets
∎ To ensure that all sales dealerships have skilled manpower and necessary system & processes are place
∎ To develop sales network capability by coaching, motivating and guiding channel partners
∎ To ensure pull in retail market through brand building & promotional activities and train the dealer salesmen on pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications
∎ To identify & develop new growth opportunities for business like engine supplies to local assemblers
∎ To provide support to local partner for genset sales to tender segment
∎ To drive cost effective product- set up Mahindra Powerol local canopy assembly with channel partner + local integrators
∎ Helps to set up training Centre for Mahindra Generator
∎ To track competitor activities in the field
∎ Strong collaborative working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
∎ Should be able to handle service-related issues also.
∎ To collate send timely MIS reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably from Diesel Genset Industry (preferred having telecom business domain knowledge)
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good personality
∎ Selling skills
∎ Negotiation abilities
∎ Eye for detail
∎ Ability to grasp trends
∎ Excellent convincing & communication skills
∎ Energetic
∎ Drive to excel
∎ Willingness to travel and relocate if required
∎ Outgoing.
