∎ Job Context: To manage the complete operation of the M&M Auto Business with the distributor. The primary task is to drive various activities in managing the market and distributors to achieve the desired business objectives of the auto business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver the desired sales and market share numbers for the Auto business
∎ Improve Customer Satisfaction by appropriate action plan to obtain the desired goals in customer and Dealer satisfaction scores
∎ Supporting the Country Manager on long term strategic initiatives likes - new launches, improving sales inquiry management process, building manpower capability
∎ Drive Corporate business
∎ Setting Up Enquiry Management process
∎ Month wise activity/retail
∎ Extensive field traveling required to support the market
∎ Weekly Retail Review with the distributor.
∎ Managerial know-how:
∎ Planning:
∎ Identifying the opportunities in the chosen segments of operations
∎ Amplifying the opportunities to identify the key "where to play areas"
∎ Based on the rightful playing field, spelling out the strategic priorities for the team in terms of volumes, revenue, market share and channel.
∎ Organizing:
∎ Identifying the critical "How to Wins" in the chosen field
∎ Identifying and allocating the suitable resources
∎ Prioritizing the critical actions points based on the desired results planned for the segment
∎ Prepare for alternate strategies in case the chosen once does not delivers the expectation
∎ Review & Control:
∎ Establishes metrics to check whether action is yielding the desired results
∎ Continuous reviews to monitor the progress
∎ Suitable intervention and course corrections to ensure effective execution

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 5 years-experience in Automobile's business.
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Understanding the operation of a sales and marketing function
∎ Knowledge of sales and channel management
∎ Technical understanding of the products
∎ Awareness of the sales processes involved
∎ Ability to understand the various commercial processes
∎ Skills:
∎ Ability to manage and motivate the channel to strive for results
∎ Ability to drive the team to deliver superior results
∎ Teamwork, time management and leadership
∎ Ability to think Win-Win and align with the distributor while driving business
