Educational Requirements:
∎ Commercial graduate
∎ Professional commercial degree with focus on financial and overall business development
∎ Technical product and market knowledge will be an add advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for furthering and development of Mahindra's various businesses in Bangladesh;
∎ Supporting 'Country Head - Bangladesh' in various commercial and business development related activities;
∎ In-depth understanding of Mahindra range of products to further drive business growth
∎ Responsible for Financial Reporting and cash flow statements, notes to accounts, disclosures, Accounting Standards compliances;
∎ Finalize Audit Committee and Board Presentations for Quarterly and Annual Accounts;
∎ Adherence to accounting standards and relevant corporate laws;
∎ Guidance to resolving complex accounting issues of businesses;
∎ Liaison with statutory auditors for satisfactory completion of audit;
∎ Review and Analysis of related party transactions for Audit Committee;
∎ Monthly and Quarterly MIS - for the month and year to date;
∎ Preparation of Annual Budget, preparation of Board meetings' presentation and analysis;
∎ Quarterly and annual current and deferred tax provisioning; Advance tax estimation;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 years professional experience
∎ Ability to transfer knowledge and motivate team members;
∎ Strong oral / written communication and presentation skills;
∎ Knowledge of new developments in statutory compliance /new Accounting Standards.;
∎ Overall understanding of automotive, tractor, farm-machinery businesses etc.
