Educational Requirements:
∎ Chartered Accountancy (CA) fully qualified;
∎ Graduate in Business Discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Financial Reporting along with cash flow statements, notes to accounts, disclosures, and Accounting Standards compliances;
∎ Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly financial reporting with applicable compliances;
∎ Finalize Audit Committee and Board Presentations for Quarterly and Annual Accounts;
∎ Adherence to accounting standards and relevant corporate laws;
∎ Guidance to resolving complex accounting issues of businesses;
∎ Liaison with statutory auditors for satisfactory completion of audit;
∎ Review and Analysis of related party transactions for Audit Committee;
∎ Monthly and Quarterly MIS - for the month and year to date;
∎ Preparation and review of Monthly cash-flow statements.
∎ Providing various variance analysis & commentaries for Management.
∎ Preparation of Annual Budget, preparation of Board meetings' presentation and analysis.
∎ Periodic estimation of Advance tax payment involving identification of key issues and significantly improving and adapting enhanced methods and techniques for accurate estimation
∎ Quarterly and annual current and deferred tax provisioning

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to transfer knowledge and motivate team members;
∎ Reasonable oral / written communication and presentation skills;
∎ Knowledge of new developments in statutory compliance/new Accounting Standards.
