Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2.5 - 4 years of pure recruiting experience with IT/Non-IT staffing.
∎ Immediate Joiners preferred.
∎ Should be aware of end to end Recruitments
∎ Must have up to date Information on Technology and market knowledge.
∎ Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle of Bangladesh market.
∎ Work closely to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements.
∎ Individual contributor.
∎ Own Database - Good to have:)
∎ Experience in Portal Sourcing using Monster, Dice and other Job Portals
∎ Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites
∎ Excellent Tech & profile Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific requirements
∎ Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner.
∎ Strong Team Player
∎ Strong analytical sense and organization skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 50 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
