Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mathematics/Chemistry/Physics/Biology
∎ M.Sc. in Mathematics/Chemistry/Physics/Biology (Preferred)
∎ B.B.A or B.Com Major in Economics/Accounting/Finance/Business Management
∎ MBA or M.Com Major in Economics/Accounting/Finance/Business Management (Preferred)
∎ Candidates having B.Tech & M.Tech are encouraged to apply
∎ Candidates with CGPA 4.7 and above for S.S.C & H.S.C will only be shortlisted.
∎ Candidates with CGPA 3.0 and above for Bachelors and Masters will only be shortlisted.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Subject Matter Expert,Content Developer
∎ Skills Required: Good English Skill, Good writing skills

∎ Subject Matter Expert (SME) is the new avenue that Acadecraft Pvt. Ltd. is offering to studious graduates who want to be recognised for the brains they possess. They will be the "new frontline" solution providers to education. Giving the best easy to understand solutions to problems students face on a regular basis and developing world class content for a world class audience of avid consumers` of e-Learning. The SME will not only pave the way for modern education but will also enhance the quality of for e.g. texts, online assessments etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content development for school's/college textbooks and assessments.
∎ Content Creation and Content enrichment for American/British/Indian textbooks.
∎ The job involves working as subject experts who can solve problems of books in a step-by-step format of their related subject.
∎ Should be willing to work on core subjects.
∎ SME is expected to provide Solutions/Answers for Subject Specific Problems/Questions that will be given to them
∎ Presentation of the solutions should be broken down into small, well-illustrated, and simple steps for a better understanding of the students
∎ Problems must be solved in adherence to the given guidelines and in compliance with strict quality convention outline of which will be provided
∎ Ensuring strict compliance of quality measures would be paramount the expert would be expected to adhere to the predefined timeline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office package. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
∎ Should be willing to work on core subjects.
∎ The SME functions as the organizational representative for their knowledge area, and apply their expertise to support the vision and strategic direction of the organization.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 11100 - 13320 (Monthly)
∎ Incentives & bonus
