Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position holder officers will be responsible for their area-based planning, target setting and implementing.
∎ All position holders have to have an inclusive plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Strictly follow, sells target which will be set by the management for execution.
∎ Have mentality to work as a team and follow the instruction of their supervisors.
∎ Provide technical, motivational and mental support to the dealers as well as farmer regarding their business.
∎ Regular include new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Always try to keep your commitment to your clients and management.
∎ Must ensure quality of service to the dealer's as well as farmers.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the company.
∎ Receive your client's feedback and share with your supervisor to resolve the issues.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan and policies the organization.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Report writing and computer skill is essential.
∎ Always to be work with honesty, sincerity and punctuality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' working experience in Travel agency / recruiting agency, experience in agent recruitment in urban and rural area. Experience in manpower sending in other countries.
