Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a smart professional who will be the first point of contact for the company and serve as the face of the company.
- Provide extensive administrative support to the Chairman.
- Prepare emails, memos, and documents proficiently in both English and Bangla.
- Handle internal and external communications effectively.
- Organize and manage meetings, both internal and external.
- Document accurate meeting minutes and ensure distribution as necessary.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and facilitate the flow of information within the office.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events as required.
