Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist our US recruiting team in sourcing candidates for positions
∎ Utilize job boards and research skills to identify potential candidates
∎ Screen resumes for required skill sets
∎ Conduct initial interviews with candidates to gather required information
∎ Assist with onboarding process of new hires
∎ Communicate with clients and candidates via email and phone/video calls
∎ Strong command of the English language - writing, speaking and listening
∎ Candidate screening/interviewing experience preferred
∎ Proficient computer, data entry and research skills
∎ Organized with an attention to detail
∎ Ability to communicate and interact professionally with internal and external parties
∎ Reliable home office and computer setup with seamless internet access
∎ College graduates only, no current students will be considered
∎ Must be able to work US (NY) business hours
∎ Noor Staffing Group is hiring a Recruiter to join our remote team in Bangladesh. This position will support our US recruiting team in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
∎ This is a remote position and full fluency in English is required. Candidates for this position must be able to work New York business hours (9 am to 5:30 pm US Eastern Time, Monday - Friday). This is a work from home job.
