Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Textile Graduates will have preferences but must have the will to grow career in Garments Accessories Sector
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently taking care of all sample developments.
∎ Ensure immediate and innovative responses to customer.
∎ Ensure customers standard requirements in terms of delivery of samples.
∎ Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
∎ Must have clear sense of color.
∎ Cannot be color blind.
∎ Should be able to develop a product (sample) following a technical sheet.
∎ Should have good knowledge of fashion trends.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers spec & requirements.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are must.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Standard Microsoft Office Computer skills.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having working experience with Garments Trims & Accessories like Offset Printing items, Printed Label, Jacquard Tape & Elastic, Plain & adjustable elastic, Twill Tape, Drawstring, Screen Printing & Embroidery will get priorities.
∎ Candidates having working experience with H&M, S.Oliver, C&A, ESPRIT will get priorities.
Salary: Negotiable
