∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently taking care of all sample developments.
∎ Ensure immediate and innovative responses to customer.
∎ Ensure customers standard requirements in terms of delivery of samples.
∎ Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
∎ Must have clear sense of color and product.
∎ Cannot be color blind.
∎ Must have clear technical knowledge about materials and sources.
∎ Should be able to develop a product (sample) following a technical sheet.
∎ Should have good knowledge of products, sample, fashion trends etc.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers spec & requirements.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are must.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Standard Microsoft Office Computer skills.
∎ Must have knowledge on price costing of any product.
∎ Give designers direction about any setting related issue.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
∎ Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into and out of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years in Offset printing R&D.
∎ Candidates having working experience with H&M, S.Oliver will be priorities.
Salary: Negotiable
