∎ 1.At least 3 years of Huawei RAN network experience in international large-scale projects
∎ 2.Proficient in Huawei RAN/BSC/RNC/U2000 systems
∎ 3.High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
∎ 4.Strong communication skills, rich experience in team management
∎ 5.Loyal to the position and company;
∎ 6.Have strong awareness of information security and protection.
∎ Priority Qualification:
∎ 1.Technical report and presentation capability
∎ 2.Rich experience in team management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Responsible for RAN E2E performance issue troubleshooting, analysis and improvement
∎ 2.Responsible for the change request activity, such version upgrade, Site integration and so on
∎ 3.Responsible for customer( CTIO) report and presentation, responsible for the customer satisfaction.
∎ 4.Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
∎ 5.Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement/ reports delivery under MS project scope.
∎ Responsible for team training.
∎ 6.Works in the NOC to cooperate with the EMS northbound commissioning of the lower-level manufacturers and the interconnection with the upper-level NMS
