∎ BSC Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunication from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute by sharing area knowledge in initial planning for new Macro, Micro, Repeater & IBS sites or new coverage solutions at responsible zones
∎ Validate the field survey reports and feasibility analysis for the sites, prepare RF plan for the responsible area, ensure RF plan and new design for existing sites, ensure SDD validation for 3G/4G implementation and Propose a new strategy for optimized RF Planning
∎ Monitor DT Team to drive test for new site integration, siteswap, customer complaints and attain issued trouble tickets and find the root cause of worst-performing cells
∎ Analyze first level TEMS (Test Mobile System)/Nemo/QVoice/Swiss Qual drive test measurement to resolve problems within given limitation and take actions for identified problems to share with the internal teams for solutions
∎ Investigate and resolve customer complaints, and plan and follow up on time Drive Test support.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders within Technology for implementation of changed proposals
∎ Issue trouble ticket & execute WO for Change of logical and physical parameters to the concerned departments during different quality projects
∎ Execute WO (cell level) within the SLA, prepare script and schedule task of the critical work order and assist supervisor to identify WO issues and implement appropriate actions
