∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible to supervise all activities related to radio Service management and trial and activate new features in all technology.
∎ Lead team to perform regular parameter sanity check of all technology, trial and set optimal interworking of different technology
∎ Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to achieve the target KPI's with superior customer experiences
∎ Supervise the team in preparing the Automatic Frequency Plan (AFP) using planning tool (e.g. Forte) as per the yearly master plan
∎ Guide teams for trial and implementation of new features (For existing technology) and technologies to ensure optimal utilization of existing resources
∎ Work as a people manager to develop competency, ensure performance within the team
∎ Ensure on time management reporting on different KPI's for different stakeholders for whole network
∎ Manage customer complaints trends for whole country and also ensure effective handling of customer complaints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Job Experience Required- 9-10 Years of relevant experience
∎ Required Capabilities- Sound knowledge of 2G/3G/4G design
∎ Strong understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G technology
∎ Thorough familiarity with 2G/3G/4G optimization Comprehensive knowledge on 2G/3G/4G/5G technology and design and Optimization
∎ Strong knowledge on Planning and Optimization tools
