∎ BSc Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunications from any UGC-approved University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for new Macro, macro Micro, Repeater & IBS sites at responsible zones
∎ Attend draft visit to assist to finalize the site location, maintain draft schedule, prepare related reports to justify site requirements, fine-tune for neighbor sites after unlocking new Macro site, and ensure additional requirements for BTS dismantle and contribution to keep uninterrupted coverage.
∎ Facilitate different on demand and preset reports consisting different statistical data of the network.
∎ Contribute in resolving customer complains related to access within SLA, investigate and resolve customer complaints for both CS & PS customers
∎ Plan and follow up on time Drive Test support and solution proposal for HVC, ICON, Corporate complaints and provide feedback to SAE in time.
∎ Maintain the 2G & 3G Voice KPIs optimization- CDR, CSSR, SDBR, SDDR, HOSR, SD & TCH etc
∎ Analyze and take improvement actions within given limitation against worst performing cells for different major KPIs like Call Drop Rate, Call Blocking, Call setup and Handover Success rate etc
∎ Execute WO (cell level) within the SLA and prepare script and schedule task of critical work order
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 Years of relevant experience in all technology (2G, 3G & 4G)
∎ Sound knowledge of GSM technology
∎ Sound knowledge of GSM Radio design
∎ Sound knowledge of GSM Optimization
∎ Sound knowledge of 2.5G design
∎ Sound knowledge of 2.5G optimization
∎ Sound knowledge of 3G technology
∎ Sound knowledge of 4G technology
