Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunication from any UGC approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement necessary actions for on air of new sites
∎ Optimize 2G, 3G & 4G Voice and Data KPIs as per set target
∎ Verify the initial Radio Frequency (RF) Plan using planning tool, redesign of the physical parameters of site using necessary tools
∎ Enhance Radio Capacity and deploy special solutions as per traffic demand in the network
∎ Provide full support related to change of logical and physical parameters to the concerned departments
∎ Lead to initiate different cross-functional projects in order to enhance QoS with optimum resources
∎ Conducting Trials for New Technology/Radio Features, deploying them globally in the Network
∎ Standardizing Radio parameters to ensure smooth operation and optimum performance
∎ Contribute in formulating strategic planning and performance management initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 Years of relevant experience in all technology (2G, 3G & 4G)
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Sound knowledge of GSM technology
∎ Sound knowledge of GSM Radio design
∎ Sound knowledge of GSM Optimization
∎ Sound knowledge of 2.5G design
∎ Sound knowledge of 2.5G optimization
∎ Sound knowledge of 3G & 4G technology
