Responsibilities & Context:
Preparation & verification of BOQs, estimates, and cost plans.
Conducting measurement, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
Reviewing contractor’s bills, claims, and variations.
Supporting tender preparation and evaluation.
Monitoring project cost, progress, and reporting to management.
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients.
