Job Context:
∎ For Vision composite knit Ltd.
∎ We`re looking for a Quality Manager (Woven Tops & Bottoms) who has strong strategic skills and the ability to develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company`s quality assurance systems and policies to standard as per the customer demand.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with the quality matters independently throughout the sewing operation chain including quality control, audit, In-process inspection, In-line inspection, traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure as per buyer's guidelines.
∎ Should be experienced in handling world-renowned buyers like C&A/H&M.
∎ Ensure effective communication and coordination among the inter-department and customer representatives.
∎ Make sure that all quality inspectors and staff are well conversant and trained on the quality control system.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standards and requirements of the brands.
∎ Implement and maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product quality.
∎ Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of quality management systems
