• Masters

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any subject from a reputed institution (Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced/outstanding candidate).

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Good Communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Computer Skill: Microsoft office Applications.

• Should be able to stay near the factory.

• Strong leadership skills to lead the team.

• Good knowledge in woven (Ladies dress) Garments quality.

• No need to apply if you don’t have any expertise or experience in woven dress garments.

• Implement and manage quality control procedures across all stages of production, from raw materials to the finished product.

• Develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the products.

• Communicate with the fabric department to ensure the correct fabric quality or conduct/oversee fabric inspections and testing to confirm it meets specifications.

• Follow up on the quality of cutting, sewing, and finishing, ensuring that defects are rectified and the garments meet the required design and shape.

• Check and confirm the accuracy of patterns and fittings against the buyer`s measurement charts and spec sheets.

• Maintain and improve product quality by: Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.

• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, QA team to get the corrective actions.

• Coordinate and conduct in-process and final inspections, verifying the quality of garments and accessories before shipment.

• Check and ensure the correct quality of all accessories, such as labels, buttons, and threads, and approve their use in bulk production.

• Work closely with the production, merchandising, and QA teams to resolve quality issue.

• Keep accurate records of all quality control activities, including technical reports, and submit regular reports to management.

• Supervise and motivate the QA/QC team, provide them with necessary training, and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.

• Implement the preventive and remedial measures to address recurring defects and improve overall product quality.

• Develop and analyse statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.

• Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.

• Report any deviation in QA system to the management.

• Conduct any other task assigned by the management.
