Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the quality team independently.
∎ Able to Lead and develop an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues.
∎ Understanding different buyer's specifications & technical requirements.
∎ Adequate knowledge of doing bulk washing and garment dyeing.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the quality of the wash.
∎ Prepare a schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Coordinate with washing all units, giving washing specifications/ quality check.
∎ Coordination with Garments unit, Garments Finishing section and Buying for approval issues.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Supervise subcontract-related garments production and quality.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, Logistics and some other departments.
∎ Responsible for Finishing, Quality full goods delivery and complete buyer requirement.
∎ Washing machine knowledge, finishing chemical handling and garment delivery.
∎ Any Other Task is given by the management.
