∎ BA, B.Com, B.Sc or H.S.C (Only for Highly Experience Candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/ Audit, Inspection, Floor/ Line Management, Health/ Safety & Fire, Planning, Quality Inspection, Sample/ Pattern.
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience as Manager in a large woven factory.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Must have min 10 years' Experience in similar role (WOVEN SHIRT GARMENTS) and having knowledge of Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Technical and Internal Audits and AQL Standards
∎ Must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Quality Control of Fabric/ Pattern/Sewing/ Finished Products.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
∎ Self-Motivated,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality Control/ Audit, Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ The applicant should have hands on QC knowledge.
∎ Able to handle the third party or First party Inspection.
∎ Able to work multitask at a time.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Should have to analytically good.
∎ Proficient in use of computer.
