1. The applicants must have the capability to guide and manage multiple factories.
2. The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of Knit, products.
3. Able to follow the bulk production in multiple factories at a time. Knowledge of quality control methods and processes.
4. Instruct the concerned team about critical operations, find solutions to any quality issues, and provide technical guidance as necessary.
5. Documents and updates inspection results by completing reports and logs.
6. Understand production processes for Knit Products, conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.
7. Ability to understand the challenges in different production processes and take preventive measures as necessary to overcome the challenges.
8. Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
