Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Textile /Bachelor degree / Master's degree in any discipline
∎ Preference will be given to Diploma or BSc in Textile candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and maintain quality system and process
∎ Able to manage, train and develop team
∎ Responsible for Factory evaluation (Technical/QMS audit)
∎ Must be qualified to prepare SOP for each process.
∎ Ensure overall quality and technical responsibilities of the organization.
∎ Carrying out quality & supplier evaluation
∎ Assessing customer requirement and ensuring that the quality met
∎ Specifying quality requirement of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Knowledge on all sort of Lab testing related to fabric /trims
∎ Work with operational team to establish procedures (standards, system)
∎ Train up the local management under the close supervision
∎ Preparing daily quality report, monthly KPI report, quality certificates on QMS, documents on and monthly activity reports by graphically.
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
∎ Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 year(s) only in Lingerie/Knit garments at factory manufacturing.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, internet, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ The applicants should have experience in all quality parameters from fabric to shipment process during their carriers.
∎ We will give priority to those who have experience with Primark, Max, Aldi, Lidl, Matalan, Next, Debenhams Buyers.
