Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Candidate should have completed graduation from Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Engineering background
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads the Quality Team to confirm SOPs at AQL Audit Stations (Fabric, Cutting, Accessories, Print-Embroidery, garment production)
∎ Validates internal AQL Inspections (Fabric, Print-Emb, Cutting, garment Production)
∎ Works with PDD manager, IE manager and Factory Managers to give all kinds of approvals for bulk production (Lab dips, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Appliqué, Yarn Dye etc)
∎ Performs final Inspections of all PO
∎ Cooperates in External Quality Audit and may need to perform Audit as external as well
∎ Offers technical support in Sample and Bulk production
∎ Test Cutting follow up for Pattern Adjustment
∎ Organizes Technical Meetings and ensure that relevant documents, Sample, Tec pack, approvals etc are produced and discussed in the meeting
∎ Organizes periodic meeting with his/her team and review progress of his/her individual member's KPIs and guide accordingly
∎ Performs several analysis in order to improve product quality of various sections
∎ Communicates with customers about technical aspects of products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have enough knowledge on Fabric, Print-Emb, Accessories, Garment manufacturing process etc to give approvals as well as to do final inspection
∎ Should have at least 7 years experience out of which 3 years in the Sample or bulk Production and 4 years experience on Final inspection
∎ Should have clear understanding and/or professional degree on LEAN-SIX SIGMA and QMS
