Factory Compliance, Social Compliance and Sustainability.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work & ensure for establishment of all buyer's Code of Conduct (COC) and Bangladesh Labor Law the factory premise.
∎ Look after on all CAP (Corrective Action Plan) update and take necessary initiatives accordingly.
∎ Provide and prepared compliance training module to the concern workers & staffs as and when needed as well as keep the record.
∎ Prepared the policy and working closely with various departments to be involved increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line manager to understand and implement policies and procedures as per BLL.
∎ Ensure on member secretarial part in Participation Committee and Health & Safety Committee and others committees.
∎ Prepared Maternity benefits and final settlements for workers and staff according to Bangladesh labor law, factory rules & compliance guidelines as well as keep the record.
∎ Support and assist the Management to handle the grievance of the workers.
∎ Conduct awareness among employees of the responsible floor about the rules & regulation, rights, responsibilities, privileges, compliance issues, health & safety issues, first aid facilities etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to face audit like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.
∎ To arrange training such as orientation Health & safety, Fire training, First Aid, Security awareness training etc.
∎ To assist in updating all necessary License/certificates/permits.
∎ Work on Disciplinary procedure and assist management accordingly to follow up the development.
∎ Draft and issue show cause letter to employees as per Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ The applicant should have knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
