Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure right product is produced from the process
∎ Ensure minimum amount of inspection
∎ Work on value added and non-value added process
∎ Training program for skill development of co-workers
∎ Preparing next level leadership, succession planning
∎ ISO Quality management system
∎ Internal auditor certification
∎ KPI set-up and follow-up
∎ Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
∎ Lead the cost reduction activities. Project work
∎ Vast knowledge of a smart CAPA
∎ Root Cause analysis, 5-WHY, Fishbone, PDCA
∎ KAIZEN & SMED (Single Minute Exchange Dies).
∎ 7 waste (DOTWIMP), Spaghetti diagram, Pareto chart, Cause Effect diagram, Process Approach, Process Mapping.
∎ Learning Box & Zero defect approach.
∎ SIPOC (Supplier Input Process Output Customer), SPC (Statistical Process Control)
∎ Prepare and establish required SOP for different department
∎ Manpower analysis
∎ Lead the inspection team
∎ Analyze the defect area and improve the process
∎ Statistical process control
∎ Waste reduction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English. If you have issues in fluency, we discourage you to apply
∎ Good communication skill both verbal and written
∎ Six Sigma and Lean certification will add advantages.
∎ IPE experienced are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Having a good track in IPE will keep you in front.
