Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
2+ years of industrial experience (Printing Sector preferred)
Ability to multi-task and execute tasks within a deadline.
Good eye for detail, knowledge of press and ability to pass color test.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) preferred.
Must be able to work in night shifts.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor QC activities in all Pre & Post Press processes.
Ensure data entry in incoming material inspection form, different test formats; like GSM test, Thickness Test, Crease Test, COF Test, Emboss Test etc.
Maintain statistical analysis of different tests to confirm overall product quality measures.
Match the Job Card with standard set by customer to confirm product quality.
Conduct different QA tests using different test equipment.
Ensure quality at production site and visit client site for claims and new requirements.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
